Affordable hair conditioner brands? (eco-friendly, fair-trade)?

I’ve been making my own shampoo and it saves me a lot of money and I’m very satisfied with my products..BUT
making my own hair conditioner is expensive! I use avocados and certain oils, I think it would be easier if I just purchase one online.
What brands out there work well? (That are earth-friendly and fair-trade certified)

Is it possible make bicycles more eco-friendly?

Just as the title says;

I need to go from Washington D.C. to Los Angeles, what’s is the most environmentally friendly way of doing so? Both are about the same price, either I pay for the airline ticket or I pay for the gas. But, if my car gets about 25mpg (highway), is it “greener” to fly commercially, sharing the Carbon footprint with 250 other people in the plane, or to drive by myself, maybe with a friend?

I am wanting both eco-frienly oven cleaner I can buy in a store and also any kind of stuff I can make at home to clean the oven. The oven has some burned food on the bottom but I don’t want to use harsh chemicals to remove it.
